Restaurant Blitz Management Services (RBMS) was founded in 1998 by Charles Villafranca, and incorporated in 2001. After 25 years in the Restaurant Industry as a manager, troubleshooter for a national chain, and salesperson for a major food distributor, Clarles realized that there was a need for privately owned restaurants to have the systems available to them as corporate chians do. The important factor was developing a system that privately owned restaurants could afford. With this in mind, RBMS was formed and the development of E-Z Numbers began. Buffalo is well known for our restaurants and food. As a lifetime resident of WNY, we wanted to start our company here. With the conditions of the local economy, many businesses need ways to better control thier expenses so they can become more profitable and grow in order to contribute back to the economy. If we can help the privately owned restaurants be competitive with national chains, it keeps the roots of our cities alive. We provide our software and services at well below the industry price. We want to make our services affordable for all privately owned establishments. RBMS is committed to the survival of our privately owned restaurants. We also provide affordable consulting services and packages at an hourly rate that is well below the industry standard. We do not believe it is ethical to charge large hourly rates when the establishments that are struggling to survive need our services. We know that if we can help the privately owned restauranteur manage thier business like a corporation but continue to keep the family stlye atmosphere, then they can have the edge over the corporations. Currently the corporations have a large hold on the industry and are expected to continue to grow, which means they will continue to put the privately owned restauranteur out of business. We want to help them swim up stream and be sucessful."
